Holmby Hills Estate Neighboring Playboy Mansion Sells For $34.5 Million
In a town like Los Angeles, properties can be located next door to not only famous homeowners but also famous homes. Closing for $34.5 million, real estate investor Saeed Farkhondehpour has sold his Holmby Hills estate which sits some 100 yards from the Playboy Mansion. 10350 Wyton Drive has been on and off the market since 2019 before listing this August for just under $40 million.
